MY BEST LOOKS ON OSCARS 2014 RED CARPET!

Another grand event is here, one where everyone's accomplishments and talents is been awarded and recognized by all, and as usual everyone tried to look their best and I'd say it was quite impressive except for few... buh well, like i always say "Not everyone gets it right".

Below are photos of my best looks on the Oscars 2014 red carpet.

For once, wouldn't you say she looks absolutely stunning and flawless in her Get-up? I'm not a big fan of her but this?... this I love on Lady Gaga. She brought on the drama (in a rather subtle way) in this strapless, Art decor-inspired Versace gown, paired with a long scarf and pulled back mane.. I love, love, love!

31 year old sensation, Lupita Nyong'o was a nominee for the best supporting actress ("12 Years a Slave") and as always she stunned on the red carpet. Well, most of us have moved past whether she would stun on the red carpet to 'which designer would she be wearing?', and this time around she did "Prada" and looked beautiful in the light blue, custom Grecian-style design.

Portia de Rossi, Wife and date of Ellen Generes looked sophisticated in this lovely ivory, beaded halter gown from Naeem Khan. Loved the way she paired it with the pearl jewelry and a gold clutch.. Interesting cutout details on the dress by the way.

Oh yes, Brad Pitt!.. 50 years old and still giving the ladies jellies got an award for best actor/producer of  Best picture Winner "12 Years a Slave" and he looked dapper in this 'Tom Ford' tux.

Now let's take a moment in  'Judging Amy'... lol, Don't mind me, anytime i hear the name "Amy" I suddenly want to do a play on words.  Well, this is Amy Adams, some of you might recognize her as a character on "American Hustle". Sticking to what she knows best and to what made her feel comfortable in her skin (which is always important in fashion), she picked out this gorgeous, classy, custom Gucci sapphire silk crepe gown with a fitted bodice, and i'll say she killed it.

Kate Hudson always has a knack for flawless looks on the red carpet, and this time she did bring some serious style and grace on in this low-cut beaded Atelier gown by Versace.

A good black dress well done on the red carpet. This time it's Charlize Theron, giving us a doze of an elegant, sleek black dress with a train which she wore with Harry Winston jewels, particularly I love the Y-shaped neckline/bustier cut.. just the perfect cut for the well set neck jewelry. Beautiful.

Who brought on some 'Hollywood Glam?' Sandra Bullock did!  She donned a silky strapless blue number by designer, Alexander McQueen. Side swept curls and sparkling earrings did bring the whole thing together, perfect job well done.

Nude Armani prive gown (CHECK!), Sequins and Swarovski crystal embroideries (CHECK!), Hair-do (CHECK!), Chopard brown-diamond bracelets and opal drop earrings (CHECK!)... Cate Blanchet never disappoints.

Naomi Watts looked pretty and elegant in a Calvin Klein beaded cap-sleeve dress, paired with sparkling necklace and metal clutch.

The gods did bring their A-game on to the red carpet (leaving his 'Hammer' at home of course). Thor, otherwise known as Chris Hemsworth looked suave in a David August Tuxedo, a burgundy jacket and a slicked-back hair.

Wearing a gold sequined number, Ashley Wagner ( 2014 Olympic figure skater) looked vibrant and dazzling in this dress from Mark Bouwer. We love the volumized locks, red paint lips and nail polish.

Well, these so far are my fave looks on the Oscar Red carpet, what are your takes? Leave your comments below.

Thanks for reading... xoxo.
